Open Chromium HDMI out

#1

Hi, now when I boot the RPI with Resin.io, I just get the ASCII Resin logo without underneath “Booted - check your resin.io dashboard”. Now I want to use the HDMI output to open a browser (Chromium). Is it possible, or does the HDMI output always output the resin.io splashscreen?

Nevermind, this worked beautifully: https://github.com/techhubdotcom/RPiBrowser-resin.io/

@RobinReumers , glad you got it working. You may also want to checkout this project ( https://github.com/fwrgit/resin-electronjs) which is a really nice starting point for electron (libchromium) based web apps on the Raspberry Pi 2 & 3.

Another quick tip is to check out our realtime gitter chat over here: https://gitter.im/resin-io/chat … Here you will get way quicker answers and probably find people who are working on similar things as you.
Cheers
