Device stuck on "stopping" after attempted purge data

#1

I have a device that got stuck on downloading (could be due to poor internet connection), then after which I tried to “purge data” in an attempt to restart the downloading. But then it just got stuck on “stopping”

Log shows:

I checked with the team and this is the first time we have a report about such an issue. Can you please let us know which Host OS version and Supervisor version are you running (as shown in the dashboard) and also provide us with more details on the exact steps you did before the device got into that state.

hey @mryangyu,
Did you ever get to the bottom of this issue? We haven’t ever come across this issue, so would love to debug it and work out a fix for it, so any help or info would be very useful to us.

Didn’t get to bottom of this. Was able to purge data and restart and somehow it worked again.
