Device stuck "Installing" for a day

Hi there, any chance someone can take a look at device apps/273905/devices/515561?

It is stuck “Installing” and won’ go any further.

Hi,
We’ve attempted to fix the underlying FS, but unfortunately this has failed. From conversations on Gitter it appears you’ve given us permission to remove the app and related data, so we’re going to attempt to fully remotely reprovision the device.

This will then require the Application to be downloaded again.

We’ll keep you updated.

Hi,
Unfortunately it appears that the device has gone down during our attempt to remotely reprovision the device. Has this device been manually powered down, or disconnected from the network?
